Captain Horace Burrell, who finished serving the mandatory three months of his six month ban leveled by FIFA is free to retake the reins of the Jamaica Football Federation.
Burrell was banned along with a number of other Caribbean Football Union officials for apparent violations of the code of ethics connected with the investigation of the cases related to the special meeting of the Caribbean Football Union, CFU held in Trinidad & Tobago on May 10 and 11, 2011.
