We feel powerlessness when the M.S concentrate on extortion on the comunity, they say to you that we want so much for such a day or we will kill you or one of your family members.  Many  people have left their  houses for the imposed Tax of war,and these houses sometimes cannot be sold, not even if they were given away for free since there are M.S in these blocks. who can help the people? That with in the change of the day to another they change their taxing, the police  do not joke, they are of the same way these extortions for money are extending to shops bought houses buses up to the loaders of bundles in the terminal have been extorted.

It makes me sad to know that one either it could not go out to any side for fear of so many things either it is not possible to trust in anybody and regrettably, if a person does justice with their own hand the human rights they appear to save them, this is the reality of our dear Guatemala that's why now 40 % of the persons in Guatemala Carrie weapons, but it is for the same reason, a lot of assault, kidnap, extortion's and is not worth any thing either way they are released from prison or keep on doing misconduct from jail.

Today we can say that there is a state of metamorphosis of the gangs. They are not what they were before, they do not get tattoos any more because they stopped being bonds to be a part of the organized crime. Here in Guatemala the ex-integral army of elite, " The Kaibiles ", in Mexico "Z", members or ex-members of these forces of elite that find major affection inside them being  out of these organizations.
