9 of the aspiring contestants were excluded this past February 26th , but the reunion that was held yesterday resolve that Joel Garcia Garcia can still participate as a candidate even do he was sanctionfrom the General Fiscal Amilcar Velasquez.
After analyzing the proof of the charges the majority of the binding members desired to give Garcia the opportunity to continue in the contest sue to that during this time they will evaluate and determine if the sanction was serious or light.
Mireya Barrera, decana of the faculty of law in the University of Mariano Galvez, express her self disagreeing with the inclusion of Garcia, she pointed out that one of t he requirements were that the candidates had to presmts proof that they were not sanction by any of the institutions were they work at.
