The Third Court of First Instance ordered the arrest of Criminal Maza and the security forces carried out in a residence for 6th Avenue and Second Street in Zone 15.
The former official is accused of the crime of embezzlement, criminal responsibility is in corruption. Maza must be submitted in the coming hours before the judge for Sergio Castro makes his first statement.
Maza was involved in the diversion of K120 million to the Presidential, but then went to the National Mortgage Bank, which in 2001 led Armando Llort Quiteño.
