
Global economic activity began to recover, which represents a further indication of a return to a growth stage, said today the European Central Bank (ECB) in its monthly report published in Frankfurt.
The report was presented at a time when Greece, a member of the euro zone is experiencing a financial crisis that has convened in Brussels on Thursday to senior representatives of the European Union (EU) to find solutions and prevent a bankrupt the country.
The ECB report stressed the importance of the stability programs in member countries of the eurozone, which should be supported by concrete measures that are based on strategies for consolidation.
He said that several countries of the European Monetary Union (EMU) face in the area of fiscal policy, high budgetary imbalances that may affect private investment in the medium and long term.
